For you, Olver, apparently yes. And that's exactly the type of feedback I'm hoping to get next year, not only about myself but about the Lit as a whole: where our pre-conceived notions are failing us. To give an answer without giving away TOO many specifics, I plan on working with the Council to encourage collecting measurable feedback at at least three key points during the year.
